Peach, 'Carolina Belle'

Carolina belle is a white-fleshed freestone peach with a sweet, honey-like flavor. The large fruit (2.3-3") is brightly colored on the outside with a firm, white creamy inside. Fruit is great for fresh eating, baking, or making preserves. Fruit starts to ripen in late July-early August.
