Apple, Crab 'Dolgo'

Dolgo is a crab apple with large 1-1/5" apples that are long and conical. The apples are bright crimson with very juicy somewhat acidic fruit that is good for dessert when fully ripe. This fruit hells easy producing a rich, ruby-red jelly with beautiful color and flavor. The tree is quite vigorous and prolific. This tree is known for being cold-hardy, originally coming from Russia in the late 1800s.
